Believe it or not, bats are common in Colorado. They like to loaf and roost around various parts of your home. A lot of times their droppings are mistaken for mice and people are confused when they sweep them away and they are back the next morning. This is because bats will travel similar routes every night called flyways. While bats can carry things like Ebola and rabies, they are very beneficial to the ecosystem. For this reason, we do not harm bats, instead we use exclusion methods. Depending on the severity multiple visits may be required .
